[midgard-dev] Repository reorganization

Hi, all

After some discussion about version management in the Midgard project
we decided the following:

* We will remain in SVN, but developers are urged to use it via git-svn

* Branches shall be cleaned up so that each will have the midgard and
midcom version corresponding to each other:
  - branches/classic: Midgard 1.6, MidCOM 2.4
  - branches/loki: Midgard 1.7, MidCOM 2.6
  - branches/thor: Midgard 1.8, MidCOM 2.8
  - branches/ragnaroek: Midgard 8.09 and MidCOM 8.09
  - trunk: Midgard trunk and MidCOM3
